• It seems that the rack should be able to hold a large roasting pan/pot for a turkey or other items. It seems like a standard rack. There are 2 racks and multiple levels on which they can be slid into place.

• Yes it comes with 2 racks and they seem as sturdy as any other I have only had since June but no problem With my Dutch oven
