“is there a lip on the back of this range as well as the side? Our current range is in an island and our cut out needs to be covered on all three sides.”

Yes, there is a separate lip that you can install. Not sure if it goes on the stove or on your countertop since I used the existing one that I had with my prior range.

Yes there are the lips on both sides and there is an attachment for the back if you need it. I had to use it when I installed the one I bought. Love this unit
