“Can the fan in the convection oven be turned off, thus making it a conventional oven?”

• Yes! I love that function. You have to touch below the text on the display screen though. At first I thought it was not an option because I was touching directly on the text, but again you have to touch below the text to choose between bake (gas only) and convection bake (fan and gas)

• Hello Abbadab. You have 2 options to use, conventional bake or convection bake. Also, the convection fan runs until the function is over or the door is opened. ^Gaby
