QuestionI have had this stove for about 2 months. I've noticed that when the oven is on the front lip becomes burning hot (the stainless bar above the oven door). Has anyone else experienced this issue?

- Answer I’ve had mine for one week and this is the first time I use the oven. I have the same issue as you and the stainless steel bar just below the watch got so hot that it started dripping water. Did you find anything on this?

QuestionWhen I mass the bake button it works fine, when I go to the start button it want start. The buttons 147 are the only ones that work on the keypad. The other numbers and the start buttons don't work. What can I do without calling a repairman? need help!!

- Answer Hi there sammy! The Product Dimensions are 29 7/8" W x 47 3/32" H x 25 31/32" D. The height of the range cannot be adjusted; we recommend never completely remove the leveling legs. If you remove the leveling legs, the range will not be secured to the anti-tip device properly. Thank you for being a Samsung customer! ^Lena
