A:Answer The height from floor to the cooktop (so, not including the control panel) is actually slightly adjustable because of the levelers at each bottom corner. But, when the levelers are screwed to the lowest point (flush against the frame), the cooktop sits approximately 36" high, which is standard kitchen counter height. That begs the question, "are your kitchen counters built to standard height?" I discovered that mine are not! So, my range sits below the edge of the counter even after I adjusted the levelers to give it more height. Very vexing. But, not the fault of the range. And, this tidbit is probably not included in the description because it is probably a common height for this type of range and where it is intended to be placed in a kitchen. When I was browsing ranges at my local Best Buy prior to purchasing, they all seemed pretty much identical in that regard. But, it would be nice if they did, just to have it out there.
