- Answer You can pick up either a 3 or 4 prong plug from the store, depending upon the type of receptacle you have in your kitchen. (The newer ones are 4 prong.)

QuestionI just got my new stove and turned the oven on for 1 hr. at 400 degrees, as is advised to do first. one thing that bothers me is the constant ""clicking" noise that the stove/oven is making. Is this normal? has anybody else had this problem?

- Answer It's absolutely normal. It's the thermostat turning back on the element to maintain the temperature. There isn't an oven made that is 100% silent. Plus this is not a high end exepensive oven.

QuestionI purchased this stove 4 years ago this month. The double burner, front right, no longer seems to regulate the temp. It burned food on the smaller burner section on setting 2 within 60 seconds. Any suggestions?
