I have read a number of comments that Samsung has told customers NOT to use the self-cleaning feature, because it causes the oven to become inoperable. Has that problem been resolved in this model? null

I bought this model because it does not have the self cleaning option which I also read was a problem.

Hi there Thnkingofbuying! During the Self-Clean process, the oven door will be locked due to the extreme heat. The door will remain locked until the unit has cooled to a safe temperature. Here's a link (https://bit.ly/2PajH5F) with some more useful information about the Self-Clean feature. ^Jecca
