• SKI2b3 - The CU7000F does not have built-in Alexa, but it does work with Alexa-enabled devices. You can ask your Alexa device to turn on your TV, change channels, control the volume, and more. ~ Samsung Specialist

• This model IS NOT alexa enabled. There is a model that costs about $20 more that comes with alexa installed.
