“How do I get to the smart hub apps? I want to get to Netflix but can't figure out how to get there using the remote. The "house" symbol does nothing when I push it. Please help!”

• The house symbol *should* bring up the Smart TV apps... is it possible that the remote you’re using is for a different Samsung TV in the house? We have 3 different models and get them mixed up and while the rest of the buttons seem to work, the Smart TV button does not.
