• You can download it from the Samsung tv webpage. Just google your tv model and you will have it.

• Try using the Smart TV button on your remote. It is the large multi color button on your remote. Clicking this button will open a menu of several of the most common smart tv features at the bottom of your TV screen. Scroll through to find Netflix. It should be there. Once in Netflix, use the arrow keys and select key on your remote to navigate. To close the app hit the exit button on your remote.
