Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This tv was not instock by the time I got to the store. The salesman showed me other tvs but I didn't see anything for the same cost/savings this one was selling for. After the salesman went to go help another person a young female sales woman cae ad asked me if I needed help. I explained the store was out of the one I wanted and I had missed the sale. She explained to me that I could still order the tv with the same price. She went and verified that was correct and bingo I did it. It was sent to my home and even came 3 days sooner than expected. So if they are out of a sale item ask to order it with the sale price. apparently the don't advertise that this can be done leading us to think we lost out on the sale and end up buying something else at at higher cost.
