Without smart what? The QLED only comes on the flagship models, so there is not a monitor or basic tuner/input model with QLED. They all use Tizen smart hub interface. It works well, but you must use it to change input or whatever.

You would need to go to an older UHD model to get it without the smart aspect. Go to Samsungs website for additional info.
