• Those are dead pixels and you should not have them on a new tv. Of course there are some new ones that have been miss handled or are just lemons. If this happens on a new tv out of thebox then return it. I plug mine up immediately to view a test screen to identify dead pixels. I have not bought a new Samsung tv yet and had to return it for this issue.
