Hi Debbie - It sure can! You can even use the Multi-Output Audio feature to use both TV speakers and Bluetooth hearing aids simultaneously if you have viewers who want two different volume levels. When this function is active, you can set the volume of the Bluetooth device higher than the volume of the TV speaker. First, make sure your Bluetooth headphones are paired. Press HOME on your Q70A remote. Then go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Multi-output Audio. Find the device you'd like to pair. ^Gina
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know about hearing aids. but I was able to pair my bluetooth Amazon Echo ear buds to the Samsung Q70A. There is setting that allows you to use both a bluetooth device and the TV speakers simultaneously. The setting can accessed via Settings, General, Accessibility, Multi-output Audio. I can set my ear buds volume separately from the TV speaker output.
