“I was told at the best buy store that this TV will run 4K at 120hz with the XBOX series X , after installing it and plugging it to my xbox, I can only run it at 4K/60hz... When I try running 4k/120hz the screen flickers and gets distorted??”

Hi Pablo, you'll want to check and make sure the XBOX is plugged into HDMI 3 and the firmware is updated.
