Does the tv have an ON timer and an OFF timer? null

Yes it does. The booklet that comes with it shows step by step how to get through all menu options including the tv staying on and actually shutting it down completely.

You can enable your TV to turn on or off at a certain time, and even connect it to your mobile device allowing it to turn on when you get near home, and off when you leave.
