Hey Saint, the Q70T smart remote is very streamlined and easy to use. The direction pad on the remote can be used as a fast forward control. Also, the built in Bluetooth will work with you hearing aids, you can actually connect audio to your hearing aids and have the TV speakers playing simultaneously. ^Jason
