• I think it is an Amazon Music App problem. My internet is through Spectrum. Will let u know if I ever find a fix. Amazon Video does okay.

• Hey Rick - If your running Prime Music thru your AT&T box that would be a question for them. Prime Music is an available app in the Samsung App store so I would suggest that as a fix . ^Jason
