Yes, just ONE port will support HDMI 2.1.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it does but as usual Samsung is very misleading and tight-lipped about it. While manufacturers like LG TCL and others are supporting all their HDMI ports with 2.1 capability at a lesser price as well as how many dimming zones there will be. Samsung continues to be at the higher-priced with the least while staying completely quiet about how many ports and how many zones. It is a very bad business practice especially when dimming zones are one of the most important things on an LCD TV. In the US only one HDMI port which I believe is HDMI 4 will support 2.1 all the rest are 2.0. The u.s. TVs do not come with the one connect box that supports all 4 Doesn't matter if you get the 90A or 85A you only get 1.. For people like me who have more than one platform to play on this TV is just not worth it when you compare the many Mini LEDs from TCL soon coming LG and more..

Because HDMI 2.1 is a complicated spec, we hope that focusing on TV features will be more helpful to you when deciding on the best model for your usage scenario. QN90A has 4 HDMI ports, all of which support Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM), Dynamic Metadata (HDR10+), and Variable Refresh Rate (VRR). High Frame Rate (HFR) 4K@120Hz is supported in “HDMI In 4”. The “HDMI In 3” port further supports eARC. ^Val
