Yes  the s95c has 4 mounting holes on the back that uses M8 screws, you may need spacers, since the tv is rather thin, the holes are fairly shallow.

The installation manual suggests that if not wall mounting, then using the one of the VESA mount holes on the back of the TV you can attach a strap or a heavy string but no hardware, string or strap is provided with the TV.

On the back of the TV there are 6 holes in which you can screw in bolts for maybe mounting the TV.  Hope this helps.
