“As a Total Tech member I had a 55” frame tv installed by Geek Squad last week, love the tv but it is not mounted flush to the wall, I am including photos all the photo show it flush to wall? Is frame not installed properly? I have attached photos!”

Hi there - While the Slim Fit Wall Mount is designed to sit flush against the wall, a small gap between the wall and TV may occur if wall is not 100% flat or is constructed off-angle to the floor or if installed incorrectly. ^Gina
