Hi Sdmike! You sure can connect a Samsung Soundbar via Bluetooth, as The Frame TV is a Bluetooth enabled TV. In addition to Bluetooth, you can also connect a soundbar wirelessly via Wi-Fi, or using an HDMI or Optical cable depending on the inputs featured on your soundbar. ^Gina
