• Yes, it does. Not sure why someone would answer no. I believe every smart tv has the apps available to download. They are not free, but all the apps are on the tv, you would need your subscription to access them.

• Hi Johnny, The TU690T has a built-in app store with hundreds of apps to choose from including Netflix and Hulu+. I'm not sure which international apps you are specifically asking about but here is a list of apps available.
