Yes. Alexa works by enabling “Samsung Smart Things” skills, with the Alexa App, on your smart phone or tablet. Besides On/Off, it can change Input and Volume Up/Down. Maybe a few more, I am still experimenting. You may need to rename your TV on the Alexa app. Mine had a hard time recognizing what TV I was asking to control, since I also control my Fire Stick TV.
