You dont have to use wifi onorder to use this appliance. Use it as you would any other oven. If youd like, you may connect it to your smartphone and will be able to access the controls from your device.

The wi-fi feature of the tha range is there for your convenience. It is up to you if you choose to use it or not. You can monitor the range remotely when you use the wi-fi funtions. A wi-fi stove means that you can remotely monitor the range with a smart device. I have shared the user manual link below.
