“How do I prevent the handlebar from getting extremely hot? There are four vents right behind the bar and instructions say not to block the vents… please advise ASAP as I have small children.”

Hi Gabby! I can definitely understand your concern with this, especially with small children around. While it is normal for the outside of the range to become warm when in use, it should never get too hot to touch.
