Does this have a control lockout for kids? null

I just received my new Samsung Electric Stove at few weeks ago. I'm not sure if it has a control lockout for kids. You can call the Samsung USA Customer Service #. The # is 201-609-1440. The folks running this Customer service may provide you that information. I do know that this Stove features an app to control it, Smart Things app I believe. I hope this will help. But you should never allow children around this device because of the chance of them getting burned. I have been happy with this new purchase. Again I hope this will help.

It sure does, MGlauber! The Oven lock feature is used to disable all oven functions. ^Jecca
