I'm so glad you asked, nikki! According to page 33 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3AhhKgl) changing the temperature while cooking is the same as setting the temperature at the start of cooking. You'll need to select a cooking mode (such as bake or roast) then use the number pad to enter the new temperature, and then press Start. ^Jecca

I would hit bake or whatever option you are using, then enter the new temperature, then hit start. I guess you could technically also hit cancel then hit bake, new temperature, then start too. Hope that helps!
