Great question, Weld! The full dimensions I have for this model (29 15/16" W x 36" - 36 3/4" (Adjustable) H x 28 11/16" D) include all attached parts, such as handles and knobs. Generally this is the case, unless it is specified that the dimensions do not include a specific part. ^Jecca
