“When I installed the legs and sit tv on flat level surface the tv leans back so it doesn’t sit straight vertically. Not really sure how to fix other than shimming the back up to level it up. Any suggestions?”

The legs look the same, but there's actually a left and a right. Perhaps that's what's wrong? There's an L and an R on the legs, but not super clear, so you could easily miss it.
