The warranty listed on the Samsung website is 10 yrs. http://www.samsung.com/sg/consumer/memory-storage/memory-cards/micro-sd/MB-MP64DA/APC I suggest you follow Samsung instead of Best Buy or any other vendor since you would be submitting any warranty claim through Samsung instead of your reseller.

When I initially bought it from Best Buy, the specifications indicated that there was only 1 year warranty, thats why I raised the question. But, the actual product that I received mentioned 10 year warranty and Best Buy also updated their specs to 10 year warranty. Bottom line, this product does have 10 year warranty. Thanks!
