That being written, you can still connect your phone to the TV though. In the menus go to General->External device manager->Device Connection Manager->Device list and there you can connect any phone or tablet that is using the same Wi-Fi that the TV is on. And to be honest, using Wi-Fi as a bridge is probably better than Bluetooth anyway.
