- Answer Yes, your Firestick can be used in HDMI 2. Since it is a TV, you will not have to pipe a TV signal into HDMI 1. For example, you can use an HDMI output from a computer into HDMI 1 and use it as a monitor, HDMI 2 for streaming, and use the TV mode for cable or antenna.
