Picture is to dark it turn all the way up. What can I do null

My guess is your Ambient setting is Auto you need to turn this to off then you can set it to how you like it. Go into your settings on the TV find Ambient mode go-to auto-brightness and make sure it is off

have you gone to the picture settings? This can be found by hitting the home button on your remote, then settings, then picture. If this doesn’t help, please explain more in detail of your issue.
