“Can this tv be hooked up to a cable box to watch live tv or is it only for apps?”

• Hi Lucy, You can plug in accessories like a cable box, DVD / Blu-Ray player, etc. with no problem. It can either plug in via the HDMI connections or the Coax connection. ^Jeremy

• Absolutely, my TV is connected to my cable box using an HDMI cable, which is my main use. Later on, I connected it to my WiFi, but my main use is watching TV from my cable box.
