• Football looks great on this TV. Picture quality is excellent, downside is volume is just average.

• Hi Dan! Depending on the type of programming you are watching (movie, sports, etc.) you can customize your Picture Clarity settings to your liking. Go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings. ^Tim
