• Yes there is. There are RCA converters you can buy if you're really looking to keep old equipment. Though the quality of the picture won't be very great since it will be standard definition on a 4K tv, and might even have black bars around the images.

• It says there's no analog audio outputs on this tv. The wires you're talking about (rca wires) are an older analog technology.
