“I purchased the tv and I love the color and ease when using apps ect... The problem is the ratio adjustment option. If you want to change the ratio to Cinema, games , ect... The only option you have is 16.9 or 4.3. The advanced settings are not available.”

You are talking picture adjustment not screen ratio. And yes you can manually adjust settings under advance
