I think any standard programable remote should work. Only one (1) came with mine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There was only one remote for the tv when I got it in the package not two. The remote is a solar remote. If Best buy will not help get one i would try calling Samsung and let them know you never got the remote with your tv and see if they will give you one for it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It should have just come with the small thin black remote that is solar powered. Any universal remote provided by the company should also work but may need to be synced. The remote provided is best to use with the apps and Samsung tv app
