Hello Bsblindab - The Q60T utilizes a matte finish to help diminish unwanted glare. It also utilizes Dual LED Technology which will give you better color temperature and off angle viewing. You can mount the 65Q60T with any wall mount with a VESA Standard of 400mm x 300mm. Check out some compatible wall mounts here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/searchpage.jsp?_dyncharset=UTF-8&id=pcat17071&iht=y&keys=keys&ks=960&list=n&qp=tvmountsize_facet%3DTV%20Size%20Compatibility~65%22%20or%20More&sc=Global&st=wall%20mount&type=page&usc=All%20Categories ^Thomas
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First the screen appears to be anti glare but not quite matte, It doesn't appear overly glossy either. As for mounting to the wall, absolutely. I love mine on the wall and didn't have to buy a special stand for it. Just be sure to get a wall mount that is rated sufficiently for the weight of the TV and make sure it's mounted will good bolts directly into the studs in the wall. Don't try to use mounting screws in some kind of drywall anchors, they could pull the wall out at the mounting points and your TV would be on the floor, not a good scenario. The mount I believe should be compatible with VESA 400 standard. There are no screws that come with the TV for wall mounting so depending on the mount you'll need to get the correct length screws (don't go by the printed specs in the start up guide, too many variables). I got my bracket and the put it on the back of the TV with all the washers and spacers required then stuck a thin wooden dowel in the hole marked it and then I got bolt that were just short of that length to make sure I didn't go through the back of the hole into the TV guts. Hope that helps!
