Hi Debbie. You must select the out put for your sound bar. I suggest using the optical cable that is at your Best Buy store. Make sure it is long enough to reach your tv and sound bar. The sound is 2x or more accurate and easy to connect in optical mode . Be sure that your sound settings are set to optical mode. If not then set up for Bluetooth. Next solution is re-pairing the blue tooth for your sound bar. Remember to reset your sound bar first after unplugging and waiting for the current to rest ( 2 min ) follow sound bar Manual if needed. The tv will display in the sound settings the pairing list of devices. Note: the device name may not match the brand however it is likely going to pair. The example is my Vizio bar pairs as a LG sound bar. Call Samsung if you have more problem with the TV settings. I have so don't worry they're great!
