“I have an older bose cinemate II with two speakers and a subwoofer. It has optical and analog connections. Will this connect to the Q80T and will the Q80T remote work to control the bose speakers (both powering on and off and volume control)?”

Hi Don, you can use the TV's remote control to control external devices that are connected to the TV by an HDMI cable and that support Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC). ^Val
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This TV has optical output or HDMI ARC output. No analog connections however there are adapters sold on Amazon and other websites. The TV remote controls my Samsung soundbar as well but not sure if that’s for all soundbars/speakers or just because they are both Samsung.
