• Yes. It has what it calls an Ambient mode. You can display photos, chose a screen that will blend into the wall (brick on brick), select a scene to reflect a mood, or display info such as the weather.

• Yes it has that mode I think it’s called portrait mode. You can choose a lot of different option. Like art, local weather, your own pictures, and other options.
