Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thanks for your quick response Jason. Contacted Samsung as you stated and they had me change a couple settings...plus we did a sound check. Sound checks I did in the past never showed any issues with the TV. We'll give it a try for now and if the same issue, we'll try the reset button. Hope this helps. Thanks.
