We recommend placing the Wireless One Connect Box anywhere within the same room as the TV and wirelessly connected devices, and within a specified signal range (10m) with minimal obstructions. Please keep in mind that the wireless connection between the TV and WOCB and/or connected devices may be affected by the surrounding environment, may not connect when enclosed or blocked by metal (e.g., from inside a metal cabinet) or by other physical objects such as walls. ~ Samsung Specialist
