I couldn’t find anything on the TV about downloading apps or any mention of storage space. You can download what they call “Ambient” pictures. I suspect as you download more they toss away others.

In the upper right-hand corner, you can see how much storage you have used and what is available to be used. If your TV's internal memory is insufficient, you can install some specific apps on a USB device. You can also remove select apps you no longer want and free up memory space on your TV. ~ Samsung Specialist
