“Hi I just purchased mine and I noticed that the tv leans back a bit when I put it on the legs that it came with ? How can I fix that ? Or do I have a defective one”

Have you looked to see if you put the legs on the correct sides and pushed them all the way into their slots? You should hear a click once they are fully inserted.
