My Q8 (2018 Model) has an optical output in line between the USB and HDMI connections.

You should have an optical out on the TV that allows any audio from multiple input sources to stream out to a stereo receiver. My connection is on the back left where the 4 HDMI inputs are. There my be a spring loaded plastic cover that will recess when hooked in. Are you having troubles finding the digital audio Jack?
