How does this tv compare to the q9 the 75 inch version is 2 k cheaper ..is there that much of a difference to spend 2 k for q9 null

There are real differences between the Q8 and the Q9. Whether it's worth the substantial price differential is subjective. I would recommend you look at the Samsung QLED TV web site. It has a feature which will allow you to do a side-by-side comparison of the two models. This should help you in making a decision. Hope this helps.

Not really the specs are the same for 8 n 9 only difference is the auto sharpness if you are installing it a bright room than get the 9 not like me I like watching it a dark room I got the 8

We wanted to buy the q9, but opted for the q8. We love it! There really isn't anything that I feel we are missing out on. I figure I will buy a nice sound bar and stand with the $2k we saved.

I looked at them side by side and did not see much difference. The salesman said the 9 was brighter with more clarity. This is pretty darned bright with clarity. I am really happy with it. I have it in a 28 foot room with 3 seating sections - people watch from all 3 areas and it looks awesome. I even watch from the kitchen and enjoy it.
