A firestick can be used on the tv. It has several ports for devices. I don’t believe that the WiFi can be turned off. Either you set it up with WiFi or u hardwire it (Ethernet). Tv does not have YouTube tv. But it does have the YouTube app that you can log into for YouTube tv. As far as Bluetooth and voice assistance being able to be disabled I’m. It sure. I didn’t find anything in the setting to disable them. Hope this helps...
